What to do when more than one person needs access to your nonprofit's account in Bright Network.

Your nonprofit has a verified account in Bright Network, and now, you need to add a few more people who may need information. We can help with that!

To add another user to the Bright Network account

Please send the following information to our team at nonprofits@brightfunds.org or in the chat bubble:

  1. IRS Letter of Determination

  2. First page of form 990

  3. The email address needing to be added

Once verified, our team will add you on our end, and let you know of next steps to complete the process.
