If your company offers matching, you can check to see if it was matched.
If you see the status of "Awaiting transfer", this means that your company has approved the match, and Bright Funds is waiting to receive those matching funds from your company so it can be queued for disbursement to your nonprofit.
Once the funds are received, the status will be changed to read "Matched".
Please note that while your matching donation was matched, it does follow a two-month timeline for the funds to be sent to the nonprofit. You can view the articles listed below on matching timelines for more information.
