Nonprofits, public schools, and private schools can register for an account to access donor reports in Bright Network! Please note that registration is only available to U.S.-based nonprofits that have a 501(c)(3) public charity status or if they are a public school.
Registering for Nonprofits and Private Schools
You can visit the nonprofit page on Bright Funds here to get started, then follow the steps below:
Click the "Sign In/Register" button, found in the upper right corner
Select the green "Register Now" button on the right hand side of the screen
Make sure "Nonprofits" is selected below the search bar
Search for your nonprofit by name or EIN
Select the blue "Register" button next to your nonprofit's name
Fill out the form on the next page to complete the registration process
Once completed, our team will review the registration information provided. Once the registration is approved, we will let you know, and you will be able to log in and access more detailed donor information, and sign up to receive donations via ACH, if you haven't done so yet.
Registering as a Public School
You can visit the nonprofit page on Bright Funds here to get started, then follow the steps below:
Click the "Sign In/Register" button, found in the upper right corner
Select the green "Register Now" button on the right hand side of the screen
Make sure "Public Schools" is selected below the search bar
Search for your school by name or NCES ID
Select the blue "Register" button next to your school's name
Fill out the form on the next page to complete the registration process
Once completed, our team will review the registration information provided. Once the registration is approved, we will let you know, and you will be able to log in and access more detailed donor information, and sign up to receive donations via ACH, if you haven't done so yet.

If you are a public school, please send over the following information:
NCES ID
Letter from the school confirming you are a contact on their behalf
The email address mistakenly registered as a donor
Once received, our team will verify the information and convert your account.
Based outside the U.S.?
Currently, only U.S.-based nonprofits are able to register for a Bright Network account. Keep an eye out for any updates as we hope to include nonprofits based outside the U.S. in the future!
